1. Platform Overview

ParkKaro is a community parking marketplace platform that connects drivers seeking parking spaces with residential and commercial hosts who have available bays to monetize. By accessing our website, mobile application, or registering for our waitlist, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Driver Responsibilities

As a driver utilizing ParkKaro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle registration, contact information, and payment details.
• Adhere strictly to host instructions, barrier access rules, and vehicle clearance heights.
• Ensure your vehicle is legally registered, taxed, and roadworthy under Pakistani laws.
• Vacate the reserved parking space promptly upon expiration of the booked session.

3. Host Responsibilities

As a space host listing on ParkKaro, you agree to:

• Ensure the parking space is accurately described, clean, unobstructed, and available during reservation slots.
• Possess full legal authority and ownership to grant parking access on the premises.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clearly lit environment for vehicle parking.
• Never interfere with a verified driver's authorized parking session.

4. Booking & Digital Payments

All reservations and payouts are processed securely through the ParkKaro platform. Drivers pay at the time of reservation lock. ParkKaro retains an operational platform fee (15%) and deposits the net payout (85%) automatically to the host's verified bank account or JazzCash wallet on weekly cycles.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Drivers may cancel reservations prior to arrival according to the cancellation tier displayed during booking. Instant automated refunds are credited to the original payment source or ParkKaro in-app wallet.

6. Liability Limitations

ParkKaro acts as an escrow intermediary and technology marketplace. While we enforce biometric NADRA CNIC verification for all hosts and drivers, ParkKaro does not assume direct liability for third-party vehicle damage, theft, or personal incidents on private property. Drivers and hosts are encouraged to maintain active motor vehicle and property insurance.

7. Platform Availability

While we strive for 99.9% service uptime across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, ParkKaro does not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled maintenance windows, emergency server upgrades, or cellular telecommunications outages in Pakistan.

8. Account Suspension & Safety

ParkKaro reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent bookings, unauthorized sub-letting, harassment of community members, or violating Pakistani penal laws.
